Skiing is unique to most other sports, and as such you need a unique approach to training. Matching the exercise to the actual effort and muscle contractions makes CoreSkiing so effective, and yes unique.

CoreSkiing Training Routines
The headers identified below reflect a level of difficulty assigned to CoreSkiing routines and associated exercises. As such these are not necessarily reflective of your ski ability. So please review the programs and select the one you believe best matches your current physical condition and comfort level with instability devices.
The Beginner Level training routine seeks to to build coordination and balance in preparation for the more challenging exercises of the Intermediate program, which relies heavily on instability devices, such as the fitness (Swiss) ball and BOSU trainer.
Intermediate level is the heart of the CoreSkiing program. Users should be comfortable with increasing the level of instability, including fitness ball and BOSU ball. Take your ski performance to the next level by increasing strength, coordination, reaction times through neural programing and functional training exercises that focus on those muscles most critical to skiers.
The expert level focuses on building strength and power by adding squats and deadlifts to the base Intermediate level training routine. The Expert level also includes several additional training exercises to add or substitute with those outlined in the Intermediate routine to give you unbelievable level of strength, coordination, balance, and as a result greater confidence and performance.
